What we collect

At checkout we collect the email address you enter, the shipping address you provide, and the order itself (products, quantities, amounts). We also see the Bitcoin address and transactions associated with your order on the public blockchain, the same as anyone else can.

What we don't collect

No account is ever created. We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't collect any payment information beyond the on-chain Bitcoin transaction itself — there's no card processor or third-party payment service involved at all.

How it's used

Your email and shipping address are used only to fulfill and, if needed, follow up on your order. We never send marketing email, and we never share, sell, or rent this information to anyone.

How long it's kept

Order records are kept indefinitely as your only proof of purchase — there are no accounts or receipts sent by email, so the order record in our database, retrievable via Track Order with your order ID and email, is the only record that exists. If you'd like your order history deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
